Janet L. Folsom, an attorney in Mexico, began operations in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico in 1994. Today, Folsom & Associates S.C.'s primary place of business is in Cancun, Mexico, where we also offer legal services to Playa del Carmen, the Riviera Maya, and the rest of Mexico.
Folsom & Associates at this Mexico law firm grew as a natural consequence of the extraordinary numbers of US Mexico citizens migrating within the North American continent who needed a law firm that can not only work within both the US Mexico legal systems, but is also familiar with the customs and practices of both countries. Folsom & Associates is in the unique position to fill that need.
